What are your opening hours?

Opening hours of each centre and its facilities can be viewed by the clicking the following;

Do I need be vaccinated to come to the Centre?

Yes, you must show valid proof of vaccination, or medical exemption in order to access the Centre.

Will all of the staff be fully vaccinated?

Yes, as per the Public Health Order, all colleagues will be double vaccinated.

Can I use the gym and then go for a Swim?

If you are a 360 Member with access to both pools and gyms, you may access the Outdoor pools only at this current time, therefore, if you are at Victoria Park or Gunyama Park, you may do so. The indoor pools will open from October 18th for lap swimming and rehab purposes.

When will the Gyms open?

Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre, Victoria Park Pool and Cook and Phillip Park Pool will re-open on Monday 11th October.
Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre will re-open Wednesday 13th October.

Can I book an exercise class?

Yes, classes are available to be booked 3 days in advance via your customer portal, or in-centre.

Do I need to wear a mask in the gym and the classes?

Masks must be worn at all times, including during group exercise classes, and 1-1 personal training sessions. Masks are not required during individual strenuous activity.

Will Aqua Fit be on?

AquaFit classes will only be available in the outdoor pools – we have classes scheduled at Victoria Park Pool and Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre.

Will the indoor aqua play area at Gunyama Park be open?

Under the current NSW Government public health order, the indoor aqua play area is scheduled to re-open on December 1.

Can I suspend my membership?

Members can choose to suspend their membership for FREE until 1 Dec 21 or a date of their choice before then, by submitting their request in writing to

Why should I pay my membership if I cant use the indoor pools?

You have access to the outdoor pools if you wish. You may choose to keep your membership on suspension and pay casually.

Will I have access to the changing rooms and lockers?

Yes, you will be able to access the showers and changerooms and lockers. The 1 person per 4 square metre rule applies.

Am I able to do personal training?

Yes, personal training is available. Normal booking procedures will be applied.

Can I purchase a membership?

Yes, memberships are available for purchase, please speak to our friendly colleagues to find out more, or visit our website for more information.

I have a Multi Visit Pass am I able to use it or can I pay for a casual gym visit?

You can use your multi visit pass or pay per visit.

I don’t have my phone with me, how can I show you my vaccination status?

You must show valid proof of vaccination, or medical exemption in order to access the Centre. Forms of Valid Proof are listed on the NSW health website

I am unable to access my vaccination records/have had them redacted can I come in?

When will swimming lessons re-commence?

Swimming Lessons will start on October 18.

How many people are allowed in the gym?

1 person per 4 square metre rule will be applied, and a maximum of 20 people in a group exercise class.

My child is not vaccinated are they allowed to enter?

Non-vaccinated young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian from their household who is fully vaccinated (2 doses).

May I sunbathe/lounge?

Yes, as long as you abide by physical distancing rules, you will be allowed to lounge and sunbathe.

May I use Fitness Passport?

Yes, Fitness Passport can be used from Monday 11th October.

May I use my SCG Membership?

Yes, SCG memberships can be used.

Will I need to check in?

QR codes and face masks will be compulsory on entry, if you choose to join us you must adhere to the COVID safe measures.

Are bookings required?

No, bookings are not required at this stage – though we will monitor this and consider a booking system if necessary.

How many swimmers will be allowed per lane?

Capacity is set at one person per four square meters. Under the current restriction’s, up to 12 people are allowed per lane.

How old can I be to attend on my own?

Our centres follow the NSW Royal Life Keep Watch rules which indicate:

  • One adult supervisor for two children 5 & under
  • One adult supervisor for two children 10 & under children

Supervising parents must enter the water with all children 10 and under, under current restrictions.

Will change rooms be open?

Changerooms and showers will re-open from Monday 11 October. Accessible bathrooms and outdoor showers ae also available.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks will be mandatory under the public health order in all indoor areas. Please respect our staff’s well-being by wearing masks when engaging in conversations with the team.

Will lifeguards respond in the case of an emergency?

Yes, Lifeguards will respond and provide first aid and CPR if required. Social distancing regulations do not apply during an emergency.
