What are your opening hours?

Opening hours of each centre and its facilities can be viewed by the clicking the following;

Do I need be vaccinated to come to the Centre?

Yes, you must show valid proof of vaccination, or medical exemption in order to access the Centre.

Will all of the staff be fully vaccinated?

Yes, as per the Public Health Order, all colleagues will be double vaccinated.

Can I book an exercise class?

Yes, classes are available to be booked 3 days in advance via your customer portal, or in-centre.

Do I need to wear a mask in the gym and in classes?

The NSW Government has announced updates to face mask rules. A person can now remove their face mask when doing exercise within our gym and in fitness classes.

When you are not participating in physical activity in a gym, masks are still required within all areas of our centre

When will the indoor aqua play area at Gunyama Park open?

The indoor aqua play area currently remains closed. We are hoping to make an announcement on its re-opening soon.

Can I suspend my membership?

Members can choose to suspend their membership for FREE until Wednesday 1 December 2021 or a date of their choice before then, by submitting their request in writing to

Will I have access to the changing rooms and lockers?

Yes, you will be able to access the showers and changerooms and lockers. The 1 person per 2 square metre rule applies.

Am I able to do personal training?

Yes, personal training is available. Normal booking procedures will be applied.

Can I purchase a membership?

Yes, memberships are available for purchase, please speak to our friendly colleagues to find out more, or visit our website for more information.

I have a Multi Visit Pass am I able to use it or can I pay for a casual gym visit?

You can use your multi visit pass or pay per visit.

I don’t have my phone with me, how can I show you my vaccination status?

You must show valid proof of vaccination, or medical exemption in order to access the Centre. Forms of Valid Proof are listed on the NSW health website

I am unable to access my vaccination records/have had them redacted can I come in?

How many people are allowed in the gym?

1 person per 4 square metre rule will be applied, and a maximum of 20 people in a group exercise class.

My child is not vaccinated are they allowed to enter?

Non-vaccinated young people under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian from their household who is fully vaccinated (2 doses).

May I sunbathe/lounge?

Yes, as long as you abide by physical distancing rules, you will be allowed to lounge and sunbathe.

May I use Fitness Passport?

Yes, Fitness Passport can be used for entry (excluding Gunyama Park).

May I use my SCG Membership?

Yes, SCG memberships can be used for entry.

Will I need to check in?

QR codes and face masks will be compulsory on entry, if you choose to join us you must adhere to the COVID safe measures.

Are bookings required?

No, bookings are not required at this stage – though we will monitor this and consider a booking system if necessary.

How many swimmers will be allowed per lane?

Capacity is set at one person per 2 square meters.

How old can I be to attend on my own?

Our pools follow the Royal Lifesaving Australia, “Keep Watch” policy.

All children under the age of 5 must be within arms reach of a parent or responsible guardian at all times. The child must also wear a yellow Keep Watch band which can be collected from reception on your way in.

All children between the ages of 5-10 must be actively supervised by a parent or responsible guardian. Active supervision requires a clear line of site between the child and a parent with no physical obstructions.

Any child between the ages of 10-16 must have a parent or responsible guardian in the Centre with them at all times. A responsible guardian must be over the age of 16 and be aware of their responsibilities within the Keep Watch policy.

Will change rooms be open?

Yes, changerooms and showers are open. Accessible bathrooms and outdoor showers are also available.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks will be mandatory under the public health order in all indoor areas (excluding gyms). Please respect our staff’s well-being by wearing masks when engaging in conversations with the team.

Will lifeguards respond in the case of an emergency?

Yes, Lifeguards will respond and provide first aid and CPR if required. Social distancing regulations do not apply during an emergency.
